Ho un piccolo-grande problema con il mio SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE PRO (fidato amico anche per il mio lavoro): si accende ma poi resta impalato sulla scritta SAMSUNG. Soft reset già tentato, senza successo. Caricamento batteria fatto, senza successo. Che fare per non perdere i dati all'interno?

Vedi se questa procedura per entrare in Modalità Provvisoria funziona, in alternativa tieni presente che i Galaxy Note sono "famosi" per avere problemi al connettore della batteria, se questa scende sotto una certa soglia vanno il Loop sul Logo Samsung e di solito si risolve facendo pressione sul connettore quando lo accendi( il che significa che si sta dissaldando).

With the Samsung logo onscreen, press and hold the Volume Down button (located next to the Power button) until Safe mode appears in the lower left of the screen then release.
Note Device goes through the entire boot up process before showing Safe mode. This may take up to 45 seconds.
There may be an app interfering with bootup. Remove last app installed to see if that fixes it.
Reboot to get out of safe mode.
Provo. Ora è fisso per 10 minuti abbondanti sul logo Samsung Galasxy Note Pro.
Poi passa in maniera definitiva a quello SAMSUNG.
