La procedura corretta è:

Installare Windows che si crea la EFI.
Stringere Windows (meglio da Windows tramite Crea e Formatta).
Installare Manjaro e mettere l'avvio nella EFI creata da Windows.

Probabilmente i problemi in Avvio sono dovuti proprio ale 2 EFI
